New Employee defaults have been added for the OT multiplier, Contracted hours and Contracted hours period values in the Employee record.
Option to keep holiday accrual at year end
A system option is now available which prevents zeroing of holiday accrual at the end of the holiday year.
Overtime indicator icon moved
Overtime indicator icon has been moved on shift items in the roster services to improve clarity.
Holiday booking during payroll lockdown
Web users without the appropriate permission can no longer book holidays during payroll lockdown periods.
Warning when approving holidays
A new warning will be displayed when approving holidays if this action will cause an Employee to be removed from shifts.
Location Email reports up to a month
Location Email reports have been extended to support up to a month’s data.

Untimed Runsheet Jobs no longer late
Runsheet Jobs no longer show as late in the Active Board if they do not have times allocated.
Clone Runsheet Jobs in a template
It is now possible to clone Runsheet Jobs in a template.
Hide Runsheet Checkpoints on the Active Board
A new filter has been added to the Active Board to allow Runsheet Checkpoints to be hidden.
Record visits in Job Dispatch
Visits can now be recorded in the Runsheet, Job Dispatch screen.
Runsheet print out report enhanced
Runsheet print out report has been enhanced to include extra data and support Runsheet reordering.
Callout report location setting
The location setting of Callout reports has been enhanced to ensure the correct location of the Smartform is set when the Employee is on a Job and a shift at the same time.
Minimum shift length for paid breaks
It is now possible in a Service to set the minimum shift length required for a break to be paid.
Smartform Location accuracy for Mobile Ops
Smartforms created on Runsheet Jobs and Callouts will now be associated with the Mobile Ops location rather than the shift in which the Employee was working to improve Smartform Location accuracy.

A new mode is now available allowing fully customisable Employee contracts to be configured and emailed to Employees.

Smart Pay export additions
Smart Pay export now included holiday pay and TRN (NI number).
Shift length before a break is paid
A new service financials option is available to define the shift length before a break is to be paid.

GPS coordinates on Shift book on report
Shift book on report now displays the GPS coordinates for multi book on logins.
Task detail report
A new Task detail report is available ordered by Task (Patrol) start date Time.
SmartTask Engage
SmartTask Engage App available on Google Play
The new SmartTask Engage App is now available to new users on Google play, please feel free to test it out and let us know what you think. The team are now working on a release to the Apple store after which you will begin to see a range of new enhancements being made available.
We are excited by the opportunities that the latest development technologies on which SmartTask Engage is built will give use to deliver more powerful features and the new UI looks great too.
Push notification support
Push notification support has been added in this update and you will see a number of updates over the coming days which will improve the user experience over that seen with the other SmartTask apps.

New SmartTask APIs
A range of new SmartTask API’s are in development to support passing data in to SmartTask from third party systems.
Events roster module
The first phase (Read only) of our Events roster module is available for feedback.
