Intelligent automation can now be configured to automatically broadcast shifts as they move into the unconfirmed state leading to shifts being automatically broadcast and potentially filled without the need for manual intervention with the scheduling screens.
A new WhatsApp based broadcasting method is now available through which staff can receive notifications as shifts need filling and respond to confirm themselves into these shifts.
Automation can be configured to email a duty manager if the system does not successfully fill the shift with a confirmed Employee.

If you need to control / manage the issuing of supplies to customer Locations, then you may want to take a look.

Budget and stock management support help you keep track of costs and supplies availability. Future updates are planned which include an app tile for Employees to place their own orders, dashboard reports to help analyse supplies utilisation costs, stock depletion and non-chargeable supplies usage. with full integration to customer billing exports and support for supplier minimum order values following once the primary capabilities are proven and bedded in.
Should you wish to make use of these exciting new features, we strongly recommend that you test them out to ensure you understand how they work before using them in your operation.
The SmartTask support team can help you set them up and if you find you would like these enhancements or any other parts of the system to operate differently, please contact your account manager to let them know, you never know your ideas may become part of a future update.
