Hide grade on the roster
It is now possible to set a permission to hide the grade when viewing the roster screen. Used to prevent the grade being seen by customer portal users.
Smartdoc renewal date
Smartdoc renewal date: A renewal date has now been added to Smartdocs, ideal when using Smartdocs for AI’s and other documents that need to be regularly updated. Emails reminders ae sent when the smartdoc is due for renewal.
Customer portal and Smartforms logo enhancements
Customer portal and Smartforms logo enhancments: it is now possible to link different logos to your Smartforms and customer portals allowing a single Smarttask account to be used for multiple businesses.
Proximity alerts for Standard services
Proximity alerts have now been extended to cover Standard services.
Flexible shift end time
It is now possible to set a flexible shift end time as well as start, useful if the length of shift is likely to change unpredictably.
Randomised Employee pin allocation
Employee pin allocation when creating new employees is now randomised, which helps when multiple users are creating employees at the same time.
Set actual times from the active screen
It is now possible to set the actual times a shift was completed from the active screen.
Previous holiday year in Employee absences
Employee absences screen now has the facility to view previous holiday year.
Read-only billing roster view
We have now added a read-only view of the roster which displays times based on the billing data.
Open scanning improvements
Open scanning improvements, it is now possible to define the planned number of scans per day and report to see if this has been achieved. Allows for much simpler setup of plan vs actual patrol monitoring where the advanced shift features are not required.
Incident grade on DOL emails
DOL incident emails can now have grade of incident highlighted at the top to help clients and collegues see at at glance the severity of the communication.
Service details in Shift override popup
The Shift override popup now contains details of the service

Manual completion comments in task report
The individual task (patrols) report now includes manual completion comments.
Employee number on Employee turnover report
The Employee number has been added to the Employee turnover report.
Location profitability report
A new location profitability report has been added which includes extras and monthly paid staff that are linked to the locations providing a more detailed view of location profitability.
Dispatch centre performance report
Alarm response and Mobile patrols : We have now added a Dispatch centre performance report so you can report on historical SLA performance for you SIA audit.
App Updates (available on next app release)
Password protected Smartdocs
It is now possible to password protect your Smartdocs so that they remain recure and help improve data protection and compliance with British standards such as BS7499.
