Xero location-based invoice rows
The Xero interface has now been extended to support location-based invoice rows.
Holiday rejection reasons
Holiday management now allows the manager to feedback a rejection reason to the Employee requesting holiday.
Prevent holidays exceeding allowance
A new option has been added which will prevent employees booking holidays if they exceed their remaining holiday allowance.
Account level Smartform header and footer
It is now possible to override the default Smartform header and footer at an account level.
Runsheet generation in the shift generation log
Runsheet shift generation now appears in the shift generation log and we have added improved user feedback when Runsheets are generated.
Runsheet template screen improved
The Runsheet template screen has been improved to help users identify which row is being updated.
Assign Smartforms to a team
It is now possible to assign Smartforms to a team.
Keyholding audit checks
Keyholding has now been enhanced to allow regular audit checks to help customers wishing to improve their ACS compliance. The keyholding screen will highlight keys that have not been audited and alert emails can be sent to encourage improved key auditing.
Area on Active board shift details
Area has been added to the Active board shift details tab.
Runsheet template audit
An audit of changes to Runsheet templates is now available.
Hide holiday entitlement
It is now possible to hide Employee holiday entitlement in the holiday request tile and Employee portal.
Custom image on Smartform PDFs
It is now possible to add a custom image at the top of a Smartform PDF to enhance the presentation of customer facing documents.
Arbitration summary
A new arbitration summary screen has been added to help manage contract performance and problem resolution bringing the operators attention to contract noncompliance and assisting with capturing reasons for adjustment in the Arbitration process.
Bulk update of holiday pay rates
The bulk update feature now supports the updating of holiday pay rates.

Employee filter on shift book on methods report
Employee filter has been added to shift book on methods report.
Prefilters on Revenue/Profit Protection and Timesheet Sign Off
Pre-filters have been added to the Revenue/Profit Protection and Timesheet Sign Off reports.
Divisions filter on reports
Division’s filter has been added to the Employee Pay Summary, Pay Detail, Location Roster and Location Profitability reports.
SmartDoc expiry report
A new SmartDoc expiry report has been added to help customers using SmartDocs to identify documents such as AI’s and Risk assessments that require renewal.
Customer facing Callout report
An enhanced customer facing Callout report has been added to enhance the customer experience when receiving a callout report including alarm response details and a custom logo.
Keyholding report
A new Keyholding report has been added showing details of all key management activities.
Employee Absences report includes holidays
The Employee Absences report has been enhanced to include holiday bookings that are in the pending and approved states.
Checkpoint name on Runsheet overview report
The Checkpoint name has been added to the Runsheet overview report.
Shift Book on Methods report book off differentiation
The Shift Book on Methods report now provides differentiation between shifts that have been booked off because the service flag is set and those that are automatically closed.
Timesheet Overview report enhanced
The Timesheet Overview report has been enhanced to allow the selection of multiple payroll groups and grades and now shows absences that are approved or pending in red.
Log Entries with comments report enhanced
The Log Entries with comments report has been enhanced.
Task Variance report highlighting
The Red Amber Green highlighting in the Task Variance report has been adjusted to better show performance.
Payroll Number on Pay reports
Employee Payroll Number has been added to Pay Detail and Summary reports
Custom footer on Timesheet Sign Off reports
It is now possible to add a custom footer to the Timesheet Sign Off detail and Summary reports to help with legal compliance.
New Modules
Insights data
We are excited to lauch the first phase of our new Insights suite, Insights data. This new module allows our customers to schedule and control the availability of a range of standard data extracts so they can be processed within external business intelligence tools and improve visability.
Data extracts can be delivered via email or made available to dashboards and data analysis tools so customers can extract actionable business intelligence.
The module also allows us to build custom reusuable data extracts for our customers in a fraction of the time it used to take to build additional reports, reducing costs and speeding up the process of meeting a diverse range of our customers demands for data
In the near future the insights suite will be extended to support Insights Dashboard and Data analytics which will include some standard dashboards built from industry feedback and allow us to cost effectively build new ones as customers require them.
This flexible approach will allow customers wishing to take on their own dashboarding and data analytics to configure the system to automatically produce the data required to drive them. It will also allow those customers who wish us to do this for them to take advantage of the standard dashboards and have us build custom dashboards for them should they be required.
We plan a range of service offerings around the insights suite to allow customers to take advantage of our custom professional services in a controlled and manageable way or to use the modules on their own.
