Holidays
Team holiday limits
The number of Team members that can have a holiday at any one time can now be set within a Team, causing holiday requests to be automatically rejected if they exceed this number. A warning message is also displayed when booking holidays through the web client.
Reallocation reminder when cancelling holidays
Cancel holidays now has a reminder to prompt the user to check if Employees need to be reallocated.
Holiday entitlement from hours per week
It is now possible to set an Employee record so that the hours per week fields automatically sets the holiday entitlement for an Employee.

Override account ref set to SIN
It is now possible to configure the Location record to automatically set the override account ref to the SIN number when a new location is created.
Timesheet Overview enhanced
Timesheet Overview has been enhanced so that non-working staff are shown if they are not working any of the days rather than all the days, it also now shows absences.
Insights additional reports and timing
Insights has now been enhanced to support additional standard reports, you can also now define what time the extract is to be generated.
Call reminders on CLI restricted sites
Call reminders on sites which are restricted to a specific CLI number will no longer allow the operator to complete the call directly from the call reminder. This helps ensure the call is completed on site.
Smartform detail report filters
Response and Location filters have been added to the Smartform detail report.
Payroll group filter on Roster Broadcast
A Payroll group filter has been added to the Roster Broadcast screen.
Timesheet overview link in Operations menu
A new Timesheet overview link has been added to the Operations menu.
Navigate from Roster to Arbitration
A new link has been added to navigate from the Roster screen to Arbitration.
Historical shift display setting
A new system wide setting is available which changes the data displayed on the Roster for historical shifts to show if the shift needs arbitration or if not the number of hours, pay rate and Employee name.
Banner on Quality Audit reports
A Banner can now be applied to the top of Quality Audit reports.
Home office document in Vetting
Home office document has now been added as an option within Vetting.
Quality Audit looping
Quality Audit looping is now supported which will significantly reduce the complexity of Quality Audit Smartforms, where the same audit is repeated at multiple locations.
Roster emails to Payroll Groups
The process by which Roster emails are sent to multiple staff for the Payroll Group has been enhanced.
Auto Roster Group set up
Auto Roster Group set up has been enhanced to make their set up more intuitive.
Division filter on Remaining Holiday report
A Division filter has been added to the Remaining Holiday report.
Empty Location email reports not sent
Location email reports are no longer sent if the report contains no data.

It is now possible to set a return SLA within Keyholding which will send an email if the keys are not returned within the SLA.
Notify jobs button highlighted
The notify jobs button in Runsheet Job Dispatch is now highlighted in red if changes have been made to the Runsheet so the operator is reminded to push the updates to the Employees app.

It is now possible to filter Runsheet Jobs from the Active screen.

Improvements have been made to the way minimum hours paid effects pay when breaks are configured.

A new Employee Pay Detail report is available to customers purchasing the Payroll module which includes extras.

A new pay variance report has been added to help identify Employees that are receiving pay rates that do not match the service rate.

Events enhancements – WhatsApp messaging and occasional worker licencing.
Our first phase of WhatsApp message integration is here
This new module will enable the sending of WhatsApp messages directly to Employees phones from within SmartTask. It will also allow you to broadcast shift availability to Employees and receive their feedback as to whether they are available. It is then simple to select those that have responded from within the roster to work the desired shifts.
PAYG Employees
Our new PAYG Employee feature is here. It is now possible to add Employees to the system that are only paid for when they are placed on shifts. These Employees do not require a contract plan, however there is a per shift hour charge. These Employees are designed for occasional event workers, contact your account manager for details of the per hour costs.
More Events enhancements will be coming in future updates including a new Events focused Roster view.
