Employee Availability Rule
A new Employee Availability Rule has been added to help improve scheduling accuracy, which allows you to record one off and recurring periods where Employees are not available for work. It is also possible for the Employee to enter their own periods where they are not available, by giving them access to their availability diary through the Employee portal.
Roster Summary ordered by Shift Status
Roster Summary can now be ordered by “Shift Status”, which brings Locations with shifts requiring Employees or confirmation to the top to improve visibility of shifts that still need to be covered.
Working Time Directive checks on the Active Board
Working Time Directive checks are now applied when changing an Employee from the Active Board.
Actual sick days for Long Term Sickness
When recording “Long Term Sickness” it is now possible to record the actual number of sick days as well as the duration.
Document uploads for Locations
Document uploads have been extended to support Locations providing centralised client document storage, it is also possible to disclose selected documents to customers through their Customer Portal. This feature can be helpful when preparing for an ACS audit to allow central storage at your HQ location of ACS associated documentation.
Runsheets / Keyholding
Time on automatically created Runsheet Jobs
Automated creation on Runsheet Jobs can now be configured to append the time to the Runsheet Job name or to set the Job time providing more flexibility for drivers using the Runsheet.
Checkpoint scanning report
A new Checkpoint scanning report has been added to Mobile Ops reports.
Runsheet tracking view
A new Runsheet tracking view is available in Mobile Ops.
Callouts Inbox link
A new Callouts Inbox link is available from the Mobile Ops menu where you can easily view Callout Smartforms.
Vetting / Onboarding
Bio-Metric resident permit as proof of ID
Bio-Metric resident permit has now been added as an Applicant proof of ID option.
Pay / Bill
Break length adjustable in Arbitration
Break length is now exposed in Arbitration so it can be adjusted.

Quality Audit report comments and photos
The Quality Audit report has now been extended to support optional additional comments and photos at each step.
New columns on Location Profitability report
New columns added to the Location Profitability report.
