Weekly budget overrides
Weekly budgets- it is now possible to override the default budget and contracted hours values for specific weeks in the year, ideal when cleaning patterns change across the year in Locations such as schools. once set budget variances can be passed to future years.
Employee tracking tab improved
Improvements have been made to the Employee tracking tab accessible from shifts in the Active Board to make it more intuitive.
Events roster improvements
The Events roster has been improved, it can now be extended to show shifts for multiple days, shows actual shift start and end times and it is now possible to adjust shift start and end times and change the Employee from this screen.
6 weekly frequency for standard services
A new 6 weekly frequency has been added to standard services.
Second number for Escalation calls
Escalation calls can now be configured with a second number to be called if the first call does not get through.

Rest Day and Unavailable Absence types
2 new Absence types have been added called Rest Day and Unavailable.
Friendlier holiday rejection message
Rejection message received by Employees when their holiday is rejected has been made more user friendly.
Holiday audit data in Holiday summary
Holiday audit data can now be viewed in the Holiday summary screen showing previous changes and who made them.

Control vetting checks in Applicant self-service
Vetting checks: it is now possible to control which vetting checks will appear in the Applicant self-service data entry screen.
Contract last sent date
The last sent date is now shown on the Employee contract page to help users determine if the Employees contract has been sent.
Client name field on Applicant record
A new Client name field has been added to the Applicant record which can now be filled from the Onboarding / interview Smartform.
Applicant name in Onboarding email subjects
Onboarding Smartform emails now contain the name of the Applicant in the subject line.

Runsheet job time overlaps
It is now possible configure Runsheet templates and generated Runsheet’s to allow Runsheet job time overlaps.
Key number shown when creating a callout
Key number (if one is allocated) is now displayed when creating a callout.

A new permission is available for the Location record where the keyholding tab is read only.

Event scheduling POC
We have added a new drag and drop scheduling tool called Rapid Roster, which allows users to quickly drag unconfirmed shifts on to Employees, speeding up manual rostering, especially useful when covering events.
T&A payroll data API beta
A new Pay focused T&A API is now available in beta form for testing.
