Contract performance / Weekly detailed analysis screen has been enhanced to allow better capturing of comments when variances impact Gross pay, contract hours, average pay rate or other work and now shows Average pay rate and its variance.
Managing Director option on Locations
A new Managing Director option is available on a Location which allows an additional grouping of Locations by web user, useful where larger organisations wish to report by MD through insights or when viewing the Contract performance / Weekly detailed analysis screen.
Keys option on Locations
A new Keys option is available on a Location along with a key comments field, to help indicate if keys are held for this Location and where they are.
Pro Rata Holiday entitlement calculations improved
Pro Rata Holiday entitlement calculations have been improved.
Reminders and Escalation Calls
Call reminders on Advanced services
Call reminders are now available on Advanced services.
Escalation calls require keypad acknowledgement
Escalation calls have been enhanced to require a response from the phone keypad to acknowledge the call has been actioned. If no acknowledgement is received the escalate unanswered number will be called. This helps where voice mail interferes with the second escalation call as it can appear like it has answered the call.
Roster / Timesheets
Enhanced Employee timesheet email
A new enhanced Employee timesheet email is now available to help improve the information available to Employees where a weekly timesheet is required. The new format includes shift times, Duration, Employee comments, Location comments, key availability Holidays and Absences etc.
Cloning shifts
Cloning shifts: It is now possible to clone shifts for future weeks in the Roster as well as for the days of the current week.
Updating multiple shift times
Updating multiple shift time: A right click option is now available of the Roster services view which allows you to select multiple shifts and change their start and end times in one action.
Roster summary enhancements
Roster summary enhancements: The roster summary screen has been enhanced to show the number of hours of each shift status at the top and each day has been enhanced so the number of unscheduled and scheduled hours can be seen. We have also changed the shift cells, so they now display the number of services with shifts in the displayed state or where there is only one, the start and end times of this service.
